Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 05/11/16 Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Sagan and seconded by Commissioner Nystrom to <br /> approve the May 11,2016, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 410 3. Consider 04/13/16 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> approve the following April 13, 2016 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Nystrom and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Kallemeyn to approve the following April 13,2016 Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission work session Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Elk River High School student Sophia Schutt shared that there were about 40 <br /> National Honor Society student volunteers planting trees in Woodland Trails Park. <br /> 5. Park/Program Highlight <br /> Mr. Benoit highlighted the Spring Fling event held for members at the Activity <br /> Center. <br /> 6. Action Items <br /> III6.1 Park Dedication — KAF Acres <br />
