The MORC Agreement was approved by City Council at the
June 20,2016 City Council meeting. City Council consensus is for staff to work with the Commission on
an overall plan for Hillside City Park to include a vision, final trail plan and a budget.
Some of the work has already been started during the Parks and Recreation Commission work sessions in
April and May when a plan outline and overall trail plan were reviewed. Staff is suggesting a committee
to develop the plan for the Commission and then City Council to review.
