Commissioner Dietz provided the following statement <br /> summarizing the Commission's conclusions regarding the evaluation. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> Prior to the meeting, Commissioners, Department Heads and other relevant personnel of ERMU <br /> had rated Troy Adams in several areas of the performance evaluation. A summary of the <br /> information submitted by staff and Commissioners was discussed. Troy satisfied, or exceeded, <br /> the expectations of each category discussed. His self-evaluation was also provided to the <br /> Commission. <br /> Discussion was held as to Troy's performance over the previous 12 months and what changes or <br /> improvements could be made. Overall,the Commission rated Troy's performance very highly <br /> and the group was pleased with how he was running the company. <br /> The following additional benefits were discussed during the performance evaluation: <br /> 1. Accrual of vacation at the top rate as identified in the ERMU Employee Handbook, <br /> currently 7.69 hours per pay period which is the equivalent of 25 days per year. <br /> 2. Issuing Troy a computer workstation to be used at home. This computer workstation shall <br /> be subject to all terms of the ERMU iPad and Tablet Device Guidelines including terms <br /> relating to personal use. The use shall be consistent with the Email/Internet portion of the <br /> ERMU Employee Handbook as well as any other relevant ERMU policy. Initially this <br /> workstation shall be an existing spare laptop and existing spare monitor with the required <br /> docking station, keyboard, mouse, and other accessories provided by ERMU.
