Councilt-nember Olsen introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Resolution 16- 27 <br />WHEREAS, the City of E'lk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the corrimunity; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received three donations outlined iii exhibit A with the <br />intent it be used by Parks and Recreation Dcl.martment for the reasons stated in exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RES OLVED by the City Council, by at ]cast four-fiftlis <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Cargill for their donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ("ouncilinctiibier <br />West ward and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo ted in favor thereof: <br />,Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Olsen, Westgaard, and Wagner <br />and the following against: None whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopt <br />The following triciribets were present: ...
