Park dedication, for 8.21 acres, shall be paid in the form of cash at the residential rate at the time <br /> of recording. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Paxmar is proposing to continue development of the River Park development with the 3rd Addition. The <br /> plat included 23 single-family homes and reflects what was proposed and improved in 2004. <br /> Parks <br /> The park location and size identified for the overall River Park(Miske Meadows) development is not <br /> proposed to change and does not impact this proposal. <br /> Park dedication for the original River Park development was met with a combination of land (4.7 acres) <br /> and cash. The city has not received the 4.7 acres of land yet for the park.
