RESOLUTION 91 - 1 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING <br /> AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR 1992 <br /> WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates <br /> expenditures in 1992 for various redevelopment <br /> activities; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority budget must be approved before <br /> a special tax can be levied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River <br /> Housing Redevelopment Authority that the attached <br /> budget for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for <br /> 1992 is hereby approved. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority this 12th day of August, 1991 . <br /> Richard Hinkle, Chairman <br /> ATTEST: <br /> andra A.
