The goal of the Foundation is to encourage
development of new and better jobs in rural Minnesota. The chief operating officer of that Foundation
will be Al Riley who can be located at the following address and/or
telephone numbers:
Spencer Financial Corporation
4880 Euclid Avenue
Suite 109
Palatine, Illinois 60067
708-991-2700
2780 County Road 20
Swatara, MN 55785
218-566-2577
It is my understanding that you have contacted your economic
development coordinator for the City of Elk River, Bill Rubin, and
• please feel free to give him Al Riley's name and number so he can
