Our consultant from Spohn Ranch, the company hired to <br /> provide the design services,led the anticipated. Overall attendance at the workshop was <br /> much lower than what was hoped for. Moving forward strong outreach efforts to potential <br /> user groups through social media and direct contact will be implemented. <br /> Recreation Program Guide <br /> The Parks and Recreation Department is going to be implementing a new approach to the <br /> marketing of programs and services. Beginning in the fall of 2016 the recreation program <br /> guide will no longer be produced. Marketing methods moving forward will focus on the <br /> expansion of social media techniques, such as Facebook and e-mail blasts,in order to direct <br /> people to the Parks and Recreation website for more information and to register for <br /> programs.
