Councilmember West acrd introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Resolution 16- 16 <br />� lI 11 111 1 1111vi 11111111 <br />111111vol 1� * 1 <br />.K.111 In's 1!1 AV I I I I Z - � , -, 6, � , r , 1, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the corni-nunity; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $10,000.00 donation frorn Great River <br />Energy with the intent it be used by The 111k River Police Department for the purchase of <br />new ballistic helmets and vests. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend.
