Real Estate Agent-Architect: EDA Main Street Site: <br /> Staff is working with a real-estate agent who has previously expressed <br /> interest in the EDA Main Street redevelopment site. The agent and an <br /> architect friend visited with the Economic Development Coordinator <br /> regarding their concepts with this site. In addition, the agent and <br /> architect attended the March 3rd work session. <br /> 2.- Resident Inquiry/EDA Main Street Site: <br /> Staff also discussed the EDA Main Street redevelopment site with a <br /> resident of the community. This person, along with friends and <br /> associates in the restaurant business, believe the site can support a <br /> restaurant. This person also attended the workshop session. <br /> 3. Maple Grove Manufacturer <br /> Staff contacted a Maple Grove business which is owned by Mr. John <br /> Hasslen, an Elk River resident. The company designs and assembles <br /> 41, <br /> approximately 200 products- many of which are used during an <br /> environmental clean up, or, as monitoring devices at landfills_ The <br /> P.O.
