Assistant City <br /> Administrator, Lori Johnson, will be in attendance. <br /> A. SUSTAINABLE CITY SHOWCASE PROJECT <br /> Please see the attached material as provided by Building and Zoning <br /> Administrator, Steve Rohl£ Steve will be in attendance at this <br /> meeting to update the EDA on the status of this project. <br /> • B. BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM <br /> This project is moving forward slowly. This is not unexpected due to <br /> the lack of an available facility for this program. Besides the building, <br /> the economics of the project need to be worked on and Roger Jensen <br /> from the Anoka County Capitol Fund is pursuing this aspect of the <br /> program. <br /> In regard to a facility, one of our best opportunities may be to work <br /> with a company that is constructing a new facility and to encourage <br /> that company to build additional space that the city could use as a <br /> incubator facility until the company grows and needs that space for <br /> their use. The city is pursuing this avenue with a couple of companies <br /> that we hope will be building new facilities in the next few months. <br /> I have not requested Harlan Jacobs or Roger Jensen to be in <br /> attendance at this EDA meeting. <br /> C. MED LINK MEDICAL PROSPECT <br /> Mr. Jacobs provided the EDA with an update on this prospect at the <br /> • 5/13/96 worksession. This company currently is located in the <br /> Columbia Heights Business Incubator that is managed by Mr. Jacobs. <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
