<br /> I, Henry A. Duitsman, President, hereby request a special meeting of the
<br /> Economic Development Authority on December 21, 1998, at 5:45 p.m. to be
<br /> held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
<br /> The purpose of the meeting is to authorize the City Attorney to proceed with
<br /> the process of eminent domain regarding the East Elk River Property.
<br /> In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
<br /> notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city

<br /> special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
