It appears now there <br /> will be a fairly significant delay in completion of this appraisal. The city's <br /> appraisal firm, Patchin Messner Appraisals, Inc., has indicated it has been <br /> called to testify in a large court proceeding scheduled for Saturday, March 20, <br /> • 1999. Due to this they have indicated the Mevissen appraisal will not be <br /> completed until after that date. Staff hopes it can encourage the firm to <br /> complete your appraisal by Friday, March 26, 1999. Joe Mako, Patchin <br /> Messner Appraisals, Inc., is the assigned appraiser for your property. I would <br /> encourage you to contact him at (612) 895-1205 as he has indicated he would <br /> like to schedule a visual interior inspection of your property prior to <br /> completing his report. <br /> I apologize for the delay.
