Steinman, Director of Economic <br /> Development <br /> DATE: March 31, 1999 <br /> SUBJECT: Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce <br /> Business Expo <br /> The Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo will be held on <br /> Sunday, April 25, 1999, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Elk River Ice Arena, <br /> 1000 School Street. The Economic Development Authority has reserved four <br /> adjacent booths with electricity at this event for our incubator companies. <br /> Each booth includes an eight foot table and a sign stating your company name. <br /> The EDA will be providing an additional sign reading"Elk River Business <br /> Incubator Companies," which will run the entire length of the four booths. <br /> • Attached to this memo is some additional information about the Expo from the <br /> Chamber of Commerce including set up times on Saturday, April 24 and <br /> Sunday, April 25. <br /> As of 3/26/99, I have confirmed our attendance at this event and ask that each <br /> of you make preparations to display product and have literature for <br /> distribution. It is also necessary to be present during the hours of the Expo to <br /> meet the public and answer questions that they may have regarding your <br /> company and/or the business incubator program. <br /> Additionally, I would like to remind each of you that the Economic <br /> Development Authority will be holding a business incubator project overview <br /> from 5 to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 1999.
