This utility project
will allow the redevelopment of the mobile home park and approximately 50
surrounding acres, most of which is now owned by Associated Developers, the
developer of the commercial project.
Associated Developers requested the EDA to consider using its powers of
eminent domain to aid the developer in purchasing your properties. This viewing will help him
establish a fair market value appraisal from which the EDA will then make an
• offer to you for the purchase of your property.
