Next, the schedule of activities and <br /> "deliverables" for each meeting were discussed. Also, presented was an <br /> outline for the marketing plan. <br /> The committee reviewed and discussed the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, <br /> • opportunities, and threats) analysis, which originally came out of the recent <br /> modification of the Strategic Plan for Economic Development. The committee <br /> added, deleted and qualified the SWOT analysis for industrial development. <br /> Lastly, the committee reviewed the Client Requirement Worksheet, which <br /> listed the factors that are important to prospective companies considering a <br /> new location.
