Councilmembex Westeaard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Resolution 16-11 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2015 Quly through <br />December) from various individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend these individuals and organizations for their <br />donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olsen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Burandt Olsen_ Wagner, and Wecrgaard <br />and the following against: None whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dietz C n nri lmemhPrq Rnrnndr, _ <br />Olsen, Wagner, and Westgaard <br />and the following absent: None <br />Passed and adopted this 16`h day of February 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />Jobi J.
