Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order by Sagstetter at 8:32 a.m. <br /> • <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Chuba led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Sayler and seconded by Hoskins to approve the November 18,2015 <br /> Energy City Commission agenda. <br /> 4. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> Moved by Steinbeck and seconded by Sayler to approve the consent agenda. <br /> 5.1 University of St. Thomas— Sustainable Communities Partnership <br /> Mroz gave the staff update and encouraged commissioners to provide ideas for <br /> future projects. Sagstetter suggested solar lights at the dog park. Flatland will take a <br /> look at adding any possible school partnerships. <br /> 5.2 University of St. Thomas— Renewable Energy & Alternatives <br /> Laboratory (REAL) <br /> Mroz gave the staff update and encouraged commissioners to provide project ideas. <br /> Sagstetter clarified that the hydroelectric project would be a retrofit and not a <br /> modification. Sagstetter will speak with Dr. Greg Mowry to determine if this project <br /> would be feasible with REAL. <br />
