Mayor Klinzing <br /> met with Elk Path Business Center owner Stewart Wilson. Councilman Dan Tveite met <br /> with Elk River Business Park owner Rick Martens and Cascade Industrial Park owner Bill <br /> Christian. Gagne property owner, Richard Deziel, did not wish to meet with a Council <br /> Member and stated that he has shared and confirmed his vision for the property with staff. <br /> City Owned Industrial Park <br /> The Director of Economic Development has provided a separate report regarding this issue. <br /> I I.
