Mr.Jacob's July 2003 report is attached for your review. <br /> Bixby Energy Systems Update <br /> It was reported in The Business Journal last October that Bixby Energy was looking for <br /> space to expand. Bixby is currently leasing space in Rogers. <br /> Per staff's recent discussion with the company's broker,Bixby will soon be signing <br /> documents to lease the former Gen-X Sports Facility, a 208,000 square foot building in <br /> Anoka. It was also reported in Bixby's January newsletter that Bixby is considering building <br /> a plant in Southern Minnesota. <br /> Venture Capital Article <br /> The attached article, "Going to Great Lengths for Financing",reflects the recent lack of <br /> venture capital opportunities in Minnesota.
