Upon further review of the Agreement for <br />Professional Services, Spohn Ranch requested two adjustments to the agreement regarding the ownership <br />of the design work. Spohn Ranch's liability insurance company requests that the agreement language <br />provides the city with full use of the documents for their project, but ownership remain with Spohn <br />Ranch. <br />Peter Beck has reviewed and is supportive of the requested change. <br />Financial Impact <br />This will be funded from the Park Improvement Fund in which $35,000 has been budgeted. <br />Attachments <br />■ Agreement of Professional Services <br />p0WIREU 6r <br />1`4ATURE] <br />
