It is expected that the Steering Committee would work with the consultants throughout the <br /> process from the kick off meeting to the final report that will be presented to City Council. <br /> City Council will discuss the feasibility plan and Steering Committee representatives at the December 7, <br /> 2015 meeting. Staff is recommending as follows: <br /> • City Councilmember Name(s) to be appointed by City Council <br /> • Parks and Recreation Commission Member Name to be appointed by the Commission <br /> • City Administrator Cal Portner <br /> • Parks and Recreation Director Michael Hecker <br /> • Finance Director Tim Simon <br /> • City Engineer Justin Femrite <br /> • Recreation Manager Steve Benoit <br /> • Arena Manager Rich Czech <br /> It is expected that the time commitment could be weekday days and evenings to be decided by the <br /> committee members.
