PURPOSE OF MEMO <br /> The purpose of this memo is to provide a summary of the discussion <br /> which will be held on Monday, April 21, 1997, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the <br /> City Hall Training Room regarding presentation of the Economic <br /> Development Strategic Plan. <br /> II. OVERVIEW <br /> The Strategic Planning Task Force was selected in the fall of 1996 to <br /> put together the city's first Economic Development Strategic Plan.
