Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br /> was called to order at 6:56 p.m. by Chair Eric Johnson. <br /> 2. Consider October 27, 2015 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Christianson <br /> to approve the October 27,2015, Planning Commission agenda. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3. Consider September 22, 2015 Regular Planning Commission Meeting <br /> Minutes <br /> Motion by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Crook to <br /> approve the September 22,2015, Regular Planning Commission meeting minutes. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4.1 Request by River of Life Church for Interim Use Permit for Temporary <br /> Classrooms, 21695 Elk Lake Rd. NW, Case No. CU 15-18— Public Hearing <br /> Chris Leeseberg presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval with the <br /> conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> Chair Johnson asked what would be the alternative to the temporary structures,other than <br /> adding on to the existing building. Mr. Leeseberg stated that they would need to bring them <br /> up to code as a permanent structure,which would include a permanent foundation. Chair <br /> Johnson asked if there were any ordinances preventing them from making the structures <br /> permanent. Mr. Leeseberg stated no,just that a CUP would be required. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. <br />
