The Wage and Benefits <br /> Committee may recommend to the Commission to adopt employee benefit changes. Staff may <br /> recommend operational changes that affect the personnel policy be adopted by the Commission <br /> for incorporation into the handbook. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> There are very few changes to the ERMU Employee Handbook; most having to do with further <br /> clarification on educational assistance reimbursement, deferred compensation, sick leave <br /> coverage, and the addition of the paid leave donation policy that was adopted at the September <br /> 9, 2014 commission meeting.
