Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman <br /> Kropuenske. <br /> 2. Consider April 24, 2000 HRA Agenda <br /> The April 24, 2000 agenda was accepted as presented. <br /> • 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER TOTH MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. JANUARY 18, 2000 SPECIAL WORKSESSION MEETING HRA MINUTES - <br /> APPROVED <br /> 3.2. JANUARY 24, 2000 HRA MINUTES-APPROVED <br /> 3.3. CHECK REGISTER-APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> 5. Introduction of Linda Huntington <br /> Chairman Kropuenske welcomed Linda Huntington as the new HRA member. <br /> 6. Public Hearing - King and Main Purchase Agreement <br /> Marc Nevinski explained that the First National Bank of Elk River has made an offer <br /> to purchase the King and Main site for $175,000. He indicated that before the <br /> sale can occur, the HRA and City Council must hold public hearings to consider <br /> public input on the sale. <br /> Chairman Kropuenske opened the public hearing. <br />
