MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br /> MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 1999 <br /> Members Present: Chair Kropuenske, Commissioners Thompson and Toth <br /> Members Absent: Commissioners Hinkle and Wilson <br /> Staff Present: Paul Steinman, Director of Economic Development; Sandra Peine, <br /> City Clerk <br /> 1, Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Kropuenske. <br /> 2, Consider 9/27/99 HRA Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE SEPTEMBER 27, 1999, HRA <br /> AGENDA AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. CHECK REGISTER-APPROVED <br /> 3.2. 8/23/99 HRA MINUTES-APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> There was no one present for open mike. <br /> 5. Hold Public Hearing on Business Subsidies and Consider Approving Micro Loan <br /> Fund Guidelines <br /> Chair Kropuenske explained that the HRA is holding a public hearing to receive <br /> public input regarding revisions to the Economic Development micro loan fund <br /> policies. <br /> Chair Kropuenske opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br /> the issue, Chair Kropuenske closed the public hearing. <br /> • COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE ELK RIVER ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT MICRO LOAN FUND POLICIES AND GUIDELINES AS REVISED. <br /> COMMISSIONER TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br />
