Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5 p.m. by Commissioner <br /> Farber. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> • COMMISSIONER TOTH MOVED TO APPROVE THE 9/28/98 HRA AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER TOTH MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. CHECK REGISTER-APPROVED <br /> 3.2. 8/24/98 MINUTES-APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Midwest Building Components Project Update- King and Main Site <br /> Executive Director Paul Steinman updated the HRA on the King and Main site <br /> project. He indicated that Midwest Building Components is nearing completion <br /> of the initial phase of their project and are continuing their tenant search. He <br /> further indicated that an appraisal of the land has been completed and <br /> negotiation of a land price and possible execution of a purchase agreement <br /> will be dependent upon whether Midwest Building Components determines that <br /> it is appropriate to proceed to phase 2 of the project. <br /> 5. Discussion of Issues from September 24 Initial Central Business District Meeting <br /> Executive Director Paul Steinman updated the HRA on the September 24 Central <br /> • Business District meeting.
