Call HRA Worksession and Joint Meeting To Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. 2. Introductions and Presentation by Monticello Representatives on the Downtown Monticello Revitalization Plan The meeting attendees were introduced at this time. Barb Esse of Community Partners reviewed the history outline of Monticello Community Partners dated March 10, 1998. She noted the organization has grown from 100 to 300 members. Rita Ulrich reviewed the components of Monticello's plan for revitalizing the downtown and riverfront titled, "A New Bridge", outlined as follows: Part One- The Beginnings of a Plan • A Downtown - providing a reason for undertaking a process to revitalize the heart of the Monticello community • Monticello Community Partners -guiding the creation of this plan with the insights of a group focused on enhancing the business and social life of the Monticello Community • • Vision and Guiding Principles-defining a path to guide the community to its goals for the downtown and riverfront
