• MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br /> MONDAY, JUNE 24, 1997 <br /> Members Present: Chair Schuldt, Commissioners Hinkle and Wilson <br /> Members Absent: Commissioners Kropuenske and Farber <br /> Staff Present: Paul Steinman, Executive Director; Pat Klaers, City Administrator; <br /> Debbie Kleckner, Recording Secretary <br /> Also Present: Denny Chuba <br /> 1. Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Schuldt. <br /> 2. Consider June 24, 1997 HRA Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 24, 1997, HRA AGENDA AS <br /> PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider June 24, 1997 Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. CONSIDER 5/27/97 HRA MINUTES - APPROVED <br /> 3.2. CONSIDER CHECK REGISTER - APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> 5. Business Items <br /> 5.1. King and Main Project <br /> Staff has met with Bill Beard, of the Beard Group, and Roman Roos, of Re/MAX <br /> and both developers have expressed interest in the King and Main site. Paul felt <br /> the developers were not willing to discuss a purchase price until tenant interest is <br /> determined. <br /> • <br />
