The review is consistent with the practice of reviewing new positions approximately one year <br />after being filled. <br /> <br />This position was created to manage, supervise, and perform the interior building cleaning and <br />maintenance of most city buildings along with grounds maintenance at the city hall and public safety <br />complex. The position supervises one full time and six part time employees. The building <br />maintenance department falls under the direction and supervision of the Street Superintendent. <br /> <br />The recommended point value is based on a position profile generated from a job analysis <br />questionnaire completed by Mr. Lore.
