Mr. <br />Lundquist is the owner of proposed Lots 9-13, Block 1, and Mr. Kruse is the owner of <br />the area encompassed by proposed Lots 1-8, Block I as well as the Vance Street right <br />of way and a portion of proposed Lot 1, Block 2.
