The <br />replatting includes changing the common lot line between the two lots and the <br />right-of-way for Zane Street. These changes to the existing lot lines trigger the <br />need to vacate the existing drainage and utility easements that following the old <br />lot lines. In order to simplify the description of the easements to be vacated, all <br />the drainage and utility easements on Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be vacated. The <br />easements to be vacated will be replaced with new easements approved as part <br />of the replatting process for Elk River Crossing 2nd Addition.
