Through <br />the successful grant work of board member Geraldine Graham and with <br />government pricing, we were able to purchase the microfilm reader/printer <br />without touching the money in the budget. <br /> <br />The Library Board would like to request that the $5,000 of capital outlay be <br />used to purchase the following items: <br /> <br />2 - periodical shelving starter sections <br />2 - periodical shelving adder sections <br />sloping steel magazine shelving <br />compact disc holder <br /> <br />The total for these items is $4,100.00. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended that approximately $4,100.00 of the Capital Outlay budget <br />be used for the above improvements. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
