EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br /> MONDAY, JULY 10, 2000 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing; Councilmembers Dietz, Thompson, Farber, and <br />Motin <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Lori <br />Johnson, Finance Director; Peter Beck, City Attorney; Terry Maurer, <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing called the Executive Session of the City Council to order at 9:50 p.m. to <br />discuss the Cargill assessment appeal. <br /> <br />City Attorney Peter Beck reviewed the terms and conditions of the proposed settlement <br />agreement for the Cargill lawsuit. The city attorney requested the City Council to review <br />the information presented and indicated that they would meet again in Executive <br />Session to discuss the information. <br /> <br />There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the meeting at 10:28 p.m. <br /> <br />Sandra Peine <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
