Application for Temporary 3.2 On-sale Beer License <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br /> <br />Church of St. Andrew - 566 4th Street <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />The above requests are made for the purpose of selling beer and conducting <br />bingo and a raffle during the church's annual parish festival. The festival will <br />be held on September 17, 2000 on the parish grounds. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> <br />1. Council motion to approve the request by the Church of St. Andrew for an <br />Exempt Gambling Permit. <br /> <br />2.
