City <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Item # <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Joan Schmidt, City Clerk <br />June 21, 2004 <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Consider On-Sale Liquor License, Sunday <br />Liquor License, and Off-Sale Malt Liquor License for McCoy <br />Restaurants, Inc. dba McCoys Pub <br /> <br />6.1. <br /> <br />Frederick McCoy and Diane Hatch are the new owners of the former Mitch Miller's Old <br />Town Tavern & Grill establishment at 651 Main Street. Their establishment will be called <br />McCoys Pub. Mr. McCoy has applied for an on-sale liquor license, Sunday liquor license, <br />and off-sale malt liquor license. Background investigation checks have been completed and <br />approved by Police Chief Beahen. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion by Council to grant or deny the liquor license application of McCoy Restaurants, <br />Inc. dba McCoys Pub, 651 Main Street, for an on-sale liquor license, Sunday liquor license, <br />and off-sale malt liquor license contingent upon receipt of all the necessary required <br />documents. These licenses will be issued upon approval by the Public Safety Liquor Control <br />Division. <br /> <br /> <br />
