Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Toth. <br /> 2. Consider March 25,2002 HRA Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE MARCH 25,2002, HRA <br /> AGENDA AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER LIESER SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> • 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER LIESER MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. 2/25/2002 HRA MINUTES <br /> 3.2. CHECK REGISTER <br /> 3.3. REVENUE/EXPENDITURE REPORT <br /> 3.4. BALANCE SHEET <br /> COMMISSIONER MOTIN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> Members from the Elk River Arts Alliance were present to speak about their vision for the <br /> downtown revitalization project in relation to an arts center.Tony Darkenwald,David <br /> Flannery,and Harvey Shroeder each addressed the HRA regarding the possibility of locating <br /> a family arts center in downtown Elk River and requested staff to include this concept in the <br /> RFP process and during discussions with the developers. <br /> The HRA concurred that the developers be informed of this concept. <br /> 5. Member for the comprehensive Plan Update Task Force <br /> • Economic Development Assistant Heidi Hall indicated that the City Council accepted a <br /> proposal by Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. to assist the city staff with the update of the <br />
