Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Toth. <br /> 2. Consider September 24,2001 HRA Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE SEPTEMBER 24, <br /> 2001,HRA AGENDA AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER MOTIN SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> • 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. AUGUST 27,2001, HRA MINUTES—APPROVED <br /> 3.2. CHECK REGISTER—APPROVED <br /> 3.3. REVENUE/EXPENDITURE REPORT—ACCEPTED <br /> 3.4. Worksession—Redevelopment Project Management <br /> Director of Economic Development Catherine Mehelich introduced Sid Inman,Vice <br /> President of Ehlers and Associates. Catherine indicated that Sid was present to give an <br /> overview of the redevelopment planning process in relation to the downtown riverfront <br /> redevelopment project. <br /> Sid Inman gave an overview of the redevelopment process in relation to other communities <br /> that Ehlers have worked with. He explained the necessity of having a goal and vision of <br />
