Consider August 27, 2001 Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE AUGUST 27,2001,HRA <br /> AGENDA AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> • 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. JULY 23,2001 HRA MINUTES—APPROVED <br /> 3.2. Consider Historical Context Study <br /> Kurt Kragness and Bruce Penner of the Historical Preservation Commission were present. <br /> Bruce Penner explained that the two main elements of the study are historic significance and <br /> integrity of the property. Kurt explained that the cost of the study would be$10,000 to <br /> • $12,000. He indicated that the study would be a citywide context study with a focus on the <br /> downtown area and will reveal the important trends or themes in the history of the city and <br />
