RESOLUTION No. 15-1 <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE ELK RIVER <br /> MUNICIPAL UTILITIES ACKNOWLEDGING CONTRIBUTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the Elk River Municipal Utilities is grateful to all civic groups, <br /> organizations and individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, Elk River Municipal Utilities received a$2,500 donation from Waste <br /> Management with the intent it be used by Elk River Municipal Utilities for the 100th <br /> Anniversary Community Celebration. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Elk River <br /> Municipal Utilities to acknowledge the support and commend Waste Management for <br /> their donation. <br /> This Resolution Passed and Adopted this 11th day of August, 2015. <br /> John J.
