ver <br />Resolution 15- 41 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Amending the Comprehensive Plan to <br />Change the Land Use from Public/Institutional to Industrial <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462.355, Subdivision 2, prescribes the procedure for <br />amending the Comprehensive Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 23, 2015 and recommended <br />approval regarding the Comprehensive Plan amendment request for the property generally described <br />as: Oudot F, ELK PATH BUSINESS CENTER, Sherburne County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan amendment request and <br />finds the following: <br />1. The proposed use of the site is consistent with Light Industrial uses. <br />2. The land use is consistent with the surrounding land uses. <br />3. The use would not have adverse impacts on surrounding land uses. <br />4. The proposed changes are in general conformance to the adopted Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: The Land Use Plan be amended to change the property as <br />described above from Public/Institutional to Industrial. <br />Passed and adopted this 20th day of July 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />1011010 1 <br />ATUR€ <br />
