Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order by Sagstetter at 8:33 a.m. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Sagstetter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Westgaard and seconded by Flatland to approve the April 15, 2015 <br /> Energy City Commission agenda. <br /> 4. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> Moved by Westgaard and seconded by Flatland to approve the consent <br /> agenda. <br /> 5.1 High 5 Program <br /> Mroz gave the staff report and demonstrated the website updates. <br /> Rydberg suggested finding a poster child. Flatland recommended the City itself <br /> participate to the highest level. Suggestions for local businesses to reach out to were <br /> discussed. <br /> 5.2 Contractor High 5 Kickoff Meeting (Savings from Sustainability) <br /> Mroz and Sagstetter gave the staff report. One RSVP has been received. Mroz <br /> suggested further promotion such as the Chamber Gram. Curtis suggested <br /> promoting Earth Day while Steinbeck recommended speaking with the Star News. <br />
