The XCR zoning district (OA 15-04) was <br /> reviewed as part of the overall application package. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> As reviewed in the Ordinance and Land Use Amendments (OA 15-04&LU 15-03) earlier, a new zoning <br /> district, along with a land use amendment,was requested in order to accommodate the applicant's long <br /> term vision for their properties. <br /> Those proposed amendments and the gravel area mining plan support the zone change request. <br /> Planning Commission <br /> The Planning Commission reviewed this application at their June 23, 2015 meeting. No concerns were <br /> raised by the commission regarding the request.
