ver <br />Ordinance 15 - 16 <br />Strihethrotigh to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Amending Section, 58-37, entitled "Containers" of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, City Code. <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That § 58-37 (d) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />(d) Placement for collection. Where an alley open to traffic is available, each container for <br />premises abutting the alley shall be placed at the rear of the property next to the alley. Where <br />no alley exists, the container shaU be plaeed near- the rear- doer of the bt�4di" to Whieh i <br />re4ates d shall be placed on the driveway one (1) foot behind the curb/street edge <br />with a minimum of three (3) feet between containers. Containers shall be kept away <br />from walls, fences, vehicles, and low -hanging tree limbs. at the ftent propert-y line <br />Containers shall not be so placed before 7:00 p.m. the night before <br />collection and shall be removed by 7:00 p.m. the day of collection: and the container shall <br />be stored out of sight from neighboring properties and the street. <br />SECTION 2.
