In addition,the JPA details the commitment of Ramsey <br /> to pay for half of the costs involved in making Jarvis Street a quiet crossing at the BNSF railroad. <br /> The Ramsey City Council approved this JPA at their meeting on June 9,2015. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> There is no financial impact associated with this approval.
