Horton is requesting final plat approval for the Fifth and Sixth Additions to <br />Trott Brook Farms. Trott Brook Farms received a rezoning to PUD, preliminary <br />plat approval and approval of the conditional use permit for the PUD from the <br />City Council on August 17, 1998. On June 21, 1999 the Council approved the <br />final plats for the first four additions to Trott Brook Farms.
