The applicant would like to construct a 20,000 square foot <br />building expansion which will provide additional shop space, race hauler storage, fabrication space, and <br />internal open storage space for seasonal racing equipment. This is the reason for the previously <br />reviewed ordinance amendment, land use amendment, and the zone change. <br />The reason for the Conditional Use Permit (CUP), assuming the ordinance amendment is approved, is <br />that Limited Stay Lodging would require a CUP.
