Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 5/13/15 Agenda <br /> Mr. Benoit added Item 6.5,Athletic Field Dugout Improvements. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Kallemeyn and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness <br /> to approve the May 13,2015, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting <br /> agenda with staff addition of Item 6.5. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider 4/8/15 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Sagan and seconded by Commissioner Nystrom to <br /> approve the following April 8,2015 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum - None <br /> 5. Park/Program Highlight <br /> Mr. Benoit shared a presentation about the Activity Center Members Only Party held <br /> April 30,2015. <br /> 6.
