At that time, wall signs were approved for the <br /> south and west sides of the building. The sign on the west side of the building has <br /> been determined to be two signs by staff. A monument sign was also approved. <br /> In 1998, the applicant requested a variance to allow a fourth sign on the rear of the <br /> building. Both the Board of Adjustments and the City Council denied the request.
